Return & Exchanges

  • We want you to have the best shopping experience from Astarfly Clothing, If for any reason you want to edit your order, reach out to us right after placing your order. But once we have processed or shipped your product it is impossible to exchange until you’ve received the product so please make sure you choose the right size and product before you check out
  • If you still wish to exchange your product once you’ve received it for another item or a different size you can do so, as long as it is in stock we will send it to you usually within 3 working days after receiving your return. If your requested item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss your options. 

  • Customers are allowed to apply for a refund within 7 days after receiving their product, but the product must still be in the same condition as it was when received. unworn, tags still on the clothes and undamaged otherwise there won’t be a refund. The item must be shipped within 7 days. 
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We don’t issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • If a package is returned to us due to the fact that you didn’t pick it up on time or for any other reason there will be a $30 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund money. 
  • Pre-orders can’t be cancelled because the item you purchased is being produced just for you.
